Norwegian oil billionaire Kjell Inge Rokke plans to invest in cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin by establishing a new startup called Seetee
Norwegian oil billionaire Kjell Inge Rokke stated that the best defense for some of the problems left by the financial sector and central banks is investing in cryptocurrencies.
Aker Holding, which is owned by Rokke and hosts many companies from petroleum to renewable energy companies, plans to enter the Bitcoin industry by establishing a new initiative called Seetee.
In a note shared by Seetee on his website, Rokke said, "Bitcoin may still have the probe to go down to zero, but it may be forming a new monetary structure," Rokke emphasized that it is not impossible for Bitcoin to reach millions of dollars one day.
“People who know the most about Bitcoin think its future success is inevitable,” said Rokke.
While Seetee has started with a relatively small capital of $ 58 million for now, the company plans to keep all its liquid investments in cryptocurrency.
Seetee aims to focus on Bitcoin investments by establishing partnerships with the pioneers of the Bitcoin market and blockchain other actors.
